The team are expats themselves and set the workshop up with people who have moved to Spain in mind. There is no hourly rate: labour is priced per job and agreed up front, and nothing is done without the customer's approval. For foreign-registered cars, the team handles homologation, Spanish registration and the ITV. English is the workshop's main language, followed by Spanish, and Hungarian customers are served in Hungarian.
