Work is by prior appointment and the vehicle is left at the workshop; the shop works closely with original-parts suppliers, has a name for tracking down electrical faults other workshops gave up on, and turns urgent work round quickly — punctures, breakdowns and cars arriving on a tow truck, often finished the same day. Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish and English are spoken, so drivers get the fault and the estimate explained without a
