General mechanics and auto electrics on all makes, with Mercedes-Benz and BMW as the specialty — customers bring 30-year-old W124s and CLKs here and mention genuine Mercedes parts. Work is by appointment and the car is left at the shop. Oil changes, scheduled servicing, fuel injection, fault diagnosis, brakes, shock absorbers and pre-ITV checks; the shop also takes your car through the ITV itself, charging only the station's fee. Reviewers describe an honest diagnosis first: a brake check that found plenty of life left was done quickly and not charged, and an injector warning light was fixed without the two new injectors another garage had quoted. Tyres and upholstery are not done in-house; the owner sends those jobs to outside workshops he works with. Repairs carry the statutory warranty, and parts with a one- or two-year warranty are honoured for that period.
