Body and paint shop on Carrer de Fra Juníper Serra in València. The work is accident repair only: dents and creases, panel preparation and colour-matched spraying in the shop's own booth, complete colour changes, glass replacement, and fitting body parts. Mechanical and electrical work on cars is not offered. Insurance is the speciality: the shop works with every insurance company and takes the claim on for the customer, though private customers are taken on the same terms and are usually given a discount on the labour rate. Paintwork carries a lifetime warranty and eight replacement cars are kept for customers whose own car is in. The counter language is Spanish and staff use a translator with customers who don't speak it. Customers of the shop note that the estimate and the deadline are agreed before anything starts, that the deadline is kept, and that the car is handed back cleaned inside and out.
