The shop publishes a starting-price list for common jobs on its website, can provide a replacement car for the duration of a repair, and is willing to work outside opening hours in urgent cases. Russian is the working language at the counter, with Polish, Ukrainian, English and Spanish also spoken fluently, and the website is written in Russian, Ukrainian, English and Spanish. Motorcycles and minibuses are taken as well as cars. The shop also handles the paperwork to re-register a car already registered in another EU country.
