General mechanics for petrol and diesel cars and vans: breakdown repair, fault diagnosis, oil and filter changes, brakes, clutches, timing belts, cooling and air-conditioning work, batteries, tyres and punctures, and pre-ITV checks; bodywork and paint are handled through the customer's insurer. What sets the shop apart is availability — it advertises a 24-hour, 365-day emergency service, and many customers describe being helped on a Saturday, a Sunday or late at night when everything else was closed, for a flat out-of-hours surcharge on top of the work. Regular repairs are by appointment, and the owner sends videos of the work while the car is in. Financing for repairs is offered.

Pricing and labour rate
Out-of-hours, weekend and holiday call-outs carry a flat 100 EUR emergency fee on top of the work, paid up front by Bizum or in cash. Regular repairs are quoted after inspection.
