Replacing a worn or slipping clutch on a geared motorcycle: friction and steel plates, springs, and the clutch cable or hydraulic slave cylinder where they are at fault. On bikes with a primary drive the primary chain or belt and its tensioner are checked while the case is open. Scooter drive belts and rollers are a separate job.
