Repairing a cracked, split or torn plastic bumper, spoiler, wheel-arch trim or motorcycle fairing instead of replacing it: the crack is plastic-welded or stapled from behind, broken mounting tabs are rebuilt, the surface is filled and sanded, and the part is repainted to match. Cleaning or dressing faded plastic is plastic trim restoration.
