Car audio & communication equipment
Installing and repairing car radios, speakers and communication equipment.
1 shopBrake pad and disc replacement
Replacing worn brake pads and, when needed, discs, followed by a road test.
1 shopComputer diagnostics
Reading and interpreting fault codes from the car's control units to find the cause of a warning light or fault.
1 shopAuto electrics repair
Tracing and fixing wiring, sensor, starter, alternator and lighting faults.
1 shopEngine repair
Diagnosing and repairing engine faults, from a leaking gasket or worn seal to internal component replacement.
1 shopExhaust and emissions repair
Repair or replacement of exhaust sections, silencers, catalytic converters and particulate filters.
1 shopFuel injection system repair
Diagnosing and repairing petrol and diesel injection systems, including injectors and injection pumps.
1 shopSuspension repair
Replacing shock absorbers, springs, bushings, ball joints, wheel bearings and other worn suspension parts.
1 shopTurbocharger repair
Diagnosing, repairing or replacing a failed turbocharger, including its actuator and wastegate.
1 shopCar alarm and immobiliser installation
Fitting an aftermarket alarm, immobiliser or hidden kill switch, including GPS trackers with phone alerts, wired into the car's electrics so the siren, indicators and central locking respond. Also repairing or removing an old alarm that keeps going off.
1 shopCar accessory fitting
Fitting bolt-on extras to a car or van: roof bars and roof boxes, bike and ski carriers, mud flaps, mirrors, a dashboard camera, extra or LED lighting and similar add-ons, including wiring them in where they need power. Tow bars, parking sensors, alarms and car audio are listed as their own services.
1 shopControl module repair
Repairing a faulty electronic control unit itself — the engine ECU, the ABS/ESP module, a gearbox or comfort module — instead of replacing it. A warning light, a car that will not start or a gearbox stuck in one gear can come down to a failed driver, a cracked solder joint or water damage inside the unit's circuit board; the shop confirms the module is the cause, repairs the board or sends it to a specialist, and refits it with its original programming intact. Usually far cheaper than a new unit, which would also need coding.
1 shopDyno power test
Running the vehicle on a rolling-road dynamometer to measure the power and torque that actually reach the wheels — to check the result of tuning or modifications, or to track down a loss of pulling power.
1 shopEngine decarbonisation
Cleaning carbon deposits out of a running engine without stripping it — usually a hydrogen or ultrasonic machine connected to the intake for half an hour or so — to free sticky valves, EGR and turbo vanes, and recover lost power, smoother idle and a cleaner emissions test. A fix for a clogged DPF or a worn engine it is not.
1 shopControl module coding
Teaching the car to accept a new or replacement control unit — engine ECU, gearbox unit, ABS/ESP module, airbag unit, comfort module or instrument cluster — so the car recognises it and everything works, and switching software-controlled features on or off (retrofitted parking sensors, lighting behaviour, a different key). Modern cars tie every module to the specific vehicle, so a swapped part does nothing until it is coded. This is not a performance remap: nothing about how the engine runs changes.
1 shopParking sensors and reversing camera installation
Fitting rear or front parking sensors (drilled into the bumper and painted to match) or a reversing camera wired to the dashboard screen or mirror, on a car that came without them. Also repairing a factory system that beeps constantly or has stopped working.
1 shopStage 1 engine tuning
The first, software-only level of performance tuning on a turbocharged car: the engine control unit is reprogrammed — boost pressure, fuel injection, ignition timing, torque limits — to give more power and torque with every mechanical part left standard. The car needs no new hardware and can usually be returned to the original software.
1 shopStage 2 engine tuning
The second level of performance tuning: bolt-on parts that let the engine breathe better — a less restrictive intake, a larger intercooler, a freer exhaust starting with the downpipe — fitted together with a control unit map written for them. More power than stage 1, with the engine's internals still standard.
1 shopUltrasonic cleaning of parts
Removing parts such as fuel injectors, carburettors, throttle bodies or EGR valves and cleaning them in an ultrasonic bath, where sound waves shake loose carbon, varnish and grime from places a brush cannot reach. Injectors are usually tested for flow and spray pattern on a bench before and after. This is a parts-off job, unlike engine decarbonisation, which cleans a running engine through its intake.

Bodywork, paint & glass
Custom metal fabrication and TIG welding
Making metal parts to order that cannot be bought off the shelf — exhaust sections, brackets, mounts, intake pipes, guards — and welding stainless steel and aluminium with TIG (argon) welding, which these metals need for a clean, strong joint. Used for modified, rare and competition vehicles as well as one-off repairs. Patching rusted body panels on a car is car welding repair.
