Adapting a car, van or taxi so a passenger can travel in it while seated in their wheelchair: a fold-out ramp or powered lift to get in and out, a lowered rear floor, a raised roof, wheelchair restraints and seat belts, swivel or removable seats, then getting the modification approved and registered.
