Fixing the shafts that carry drive from the gearbox to the wheels: replacing a split rubber boot before the grease escapes, a worn constant-velocity joint that clicks on full lock or vibrates under power, or the complete driveshaft. On rear- and four-wheel-drive cars this also covers the propshaft and its universal joints.
