Sanitising the whole cabin against germs, mould and viruses, usually by filling it with a fine mist of an approved disinfectant such as hydrogen peroxide, sometimes with high-temperature steam on seats and surfaces. Some shops hand over a certificate afterwards, useful for taxis, rental and company cars. Treating smells with an ozone generator, and cleaning the air-conditioning ducts, are listed as their own services.
